Solution
In the Early Vedic Period women enjoyed equal rights and their educational talents were not less than men, e.g., Maitreyi and Gargi were two famous women of that age, who were highly respected for their extraordinary knowledge and preaching magic of conversation. In the Later Vedic Period, there was a significant decline in the status of women. Their participation in Yajnas was not considered necessary. They did not enjoy the right to property.
