TTZ was formed because, over the past few decades, this magnificent white marble structure has developed a yellowish tinge. The emissions from industries located in and around Agra, such as rubber processing, automobiles, chemicals, and especially the Mathura oil refinery, are responsible for the deterioration of this structure.
