Solution
- Low wages: Labourer pay in India is typically low, resulting in a low level of life. As a result, workers are unable to buy good meals and are unable to maintain their physical and mental fitness. They also have relatively little leisure and recreation time. All of these variables contribute to worker inefficiency.
- Migratory character: When agricultural activities are at their lowest, a large proportion of labourers relocate from villages to cities in search of jobs. However, once agricultural operations begin, such labourers either depart or do not return to work on a regular basis. Such irregularity reduces the rate of production and reduces the productivity of other workers.
- Education and training: Workers lack sufficient education and practical training for their jobs. To address this, the government is offering training to a large number of workers through various initiatives, ensuring that they receive the essential practical training and knowledge.
