Solution

Despite various policies, there are several constraints in effectively accommodating tribal people. Geographical isolation is a major barrier, as many tribal communities live in remote, forested, or hilly areas with poor access to infrastructure. Cultural differences and strong attachment to traditional lifestyles sometimes result in reluctance to adopt mainstream ways. Additionally, bureaucratic delays, corruption, and poor implementation of schemes reduce their effectiveness. Displacement due to development projects without proper rehabilitation disrupts tribal life and leads to resentment. Language barriers, low literacy levels, and lack of awareness among tribal populations also hinder access to government benefits. In some cases, discrimination and social exclusion further alienate them from the mainstream.
