Peter, I am not a professor. Shina is not a professor.
Matt Peter is not a barrister. Shina is a professor.
Shina Peter is not a dentist. I am not a professor.

Explanation:
We will check the truthness of each of the statements of each person. Suppose the first statement of Peter is true and the second is false. Then,  Peter is not a professor, and Shina is the professor.
Now, from this, it is clear that the second statement of Matt i.e. Shina is a professor becomes true. So, the first statement of Matt becomes false. It means that peter is a barrister. Now, it is clear that the second statement of Shina, i.e. I am not a professor is false. Therefore, the first statement of Shina becomes true.
Hence, Shina is a professor, Peter is a barrister and Matt is a Dentist.
