`1/7 a^3 - 2/sqrt(3) a^2 + 4a - 7`
Here, the power of a are 3, 2 and 1, respectively
3, 2 and 1 are all whole numbers.
Hence, `1/7 a^3 - 2/sqrt(3) a^2 + 4a - 7` is a polynomial.
