(2x + 3)(3x + 2) = 6(x – 1)(x – 2)

⇒ 6x2 + 4x + 9x + 6 = 6(x2 – 3x + 2) 

⇒ 6x2 + 13x + 6 = 6x2 – 18x + 12 

⇒ 31x – 6 = 0 

This is of the form ax2 + bx + c = 0 

Hence, the given equation is not a quadratic equation.
