Solution

18 % at 120:

Income on Rs 120 =Rs 18

Income on Rs 1 = `18/120` = 0.15

22 % at 150:

Income on Rs 150 = Rs 22

Income on Rs 1 = `22/150` = 0.146

Therefore, 18 % at 120 is a better investment.
