1. Teamwork: Throughout the Plan of Action (PoA), they collaborated and supported one another.
2. Accountability: They accepted accountability for their education and sought to enhance their performance.
3. Discipline: They began attending courses on a regular basis and showing interest in the lessons.
4. Determination: They made a commitment to improve and honour Mrs. Desai. 
5. Supportiveness: To support students in need, they created groups like Study Guards (SGs) and Searchlights (SLs).
6. Confidence: They felt more confident as a result of their hard work.
7. Honesty: They concentrated on learning and understanding rather than simply imitating.
