Let x% of 1 day be 1 min.

Then, `x/100 xx 1` day = 1 min  

⇒ `x/100 xx 24` h = 1 min  ...[∵ 1 day = 24 h and 1 h = 60 min]

⇒ `x/100 xx 1440` min = 1 min

⇒ `x = 100/1440 = 10/144`

∴ x = 0.069%

Hence, 0.069% of 1 day is 1 min.
