Question

What is the system of scoring in Kabaddi?

Answer 1

Kabaddi scoring is based on putting opponents out:

• A team earns one point for each opponent declared out.
• When all the players of the opposing team are put out, the team earns two additional points. This is called a Lona.
• A raider may also earn a bonus point by legally crossing the bonus line when the required conditions are met.
• The team with the highest score at the end of the match wins.
