Solution

Dictatorship is a system of government where a ruler holds unlimited or excessive power. It is also referred to as Autocracy or Authoritarian Government. In this form of government, an individual gains power either legally, as Hitler did, or through illegal means or revolution, and starts exercising power in an “illegal” and unrestricted manner. The ruler governs based on their own will, with no limitations except their personal decisions. They are accountable only to themselves, not to the people.
