According to your perspective, the following groups of individuals are unemployed or underemployed in our area:

1. agricultural labour families
2. Small farmer families
3. Painters, carpenters, hawkers, repairmen, builders of houses, people who pull carts on the streets, people who pick up junk, people who carry loads on their heads, etc.

The following measures can be suggested for these:

1. Employment generation programs should be implemented.
2. The construction of new dams and irrigation canals results in the creation of numerous job possibilities in agriculture.
3. The government promotes enterprises and services in semi-rural areas that can employ the most people.
4. Providing low-interest loans to the unemployed and underemployed so that they might start their own small businesses.
5. The government should invest in crop transportation and storage, as well as the construction of rural highways. This work can also give employment for farmers, those working in transportation, and business services.
