Solution
In my region, storytelling is an important traditional form of entertainment and education. Stories are commonly shared through folk tales, religious stories, legends, songs and performances. Grandparents and elders often tell stories to children, passing on traditions, moral values and local history.
Some traditional forms include kathakatha, kirtan, folk theatre and storytelling through puppetry. These stories often teach values such as honesty, courage, kindness and respect for others.
We can discuss with our teachers and parents the possibility of inviting local storytellers, folk artists, puppeteers or kirtan performers to our school. They could give a short talk about their tradition and demonstrate their storytelling skills.
Such an activity would help students learn about local culture, appreciate traditional art forms and understand how stories have been passed from one generation to another.
