- Vasopressin or Antidiuretic hormone: In kidney tubules, it increases reabsorption of water.
- Oxytocin: They exert their effect on the muscles of the uterus which helps in the contraction of smooth muscles of the uterus at the time of child birth and milk ejection from the mammary gland after childbirth.
