Leadership Training Workshop

A Workshop was organised by JBC School on Leadership training workshop for HSC students on 13th October 2020. All students have participated for this workshop. Students from other schools also participated in the workshop. The workshop was taken by Ms. Julee Kheja, the head of our School’s Psychology department. The main objectives of this workshop were to improve leadership skills, to enhance good communication, interpersonal skills for overall personality development and to formulate and implement effective leadership strategies.
The workshop was started by invocation song followed by inauguration by the dignitaries on the dais. The resource person for the workshop was DR. Debu professor and chairman of department of studies and research in education Mumbai University, Mumbai. The inaugural keynote address was given by Mrs. D.N. Dayadevi Principal, she emphasized that this workshop is very important to have an impressive personality and also to inculcate leadership skills, communication and inter personal skills. This should help the students to be productive in the workplace and build strong and positive relationship with their colleagues and complete team projects smoothly and effectively.
Total three session were organised, namely, “Personality Development”, leadership and soft skills, and communication skills. At the end the valedictory programme was conducted, the workshop report was presented by Mrs. Kavita Savant. Later Mr. Kedar and Miss. Kajal of HSC students had shared their experience about the workshop.
