Given, `x = (-3)/7, y = 20/21`
Then, LHS = x + y
= `(-3)/7 + 20/21`
= `(-9 + 20)/21`
= `11/21`
RHS = y + x
= `20/21 - 3/7`
= `(20 - 9)/21`
= `11/21`
∴ LHS = RHS
Hence, x + y = y + x
