Solution
We should have enough strength in the legs to paddle the bicycle. To balance the cycle, the entire body should be agile, strong, and fit. We should be able to turn the handle of the bicycle whenever we are riding it. We should be cautious of traffic moving in both directions. We, therefore, turn the neck quickly to look around. Thus, complete control over legs, hands, neck, and eyes is an appropriate skill required to ride a bicycle.
