Solution
- Everyone at my school was eager to join the drama society at the most recent annual event. While some of my friends were preparing speeches and others were participating in the welcome group dance, they were discussing their performances. My teacher even recommended that I deliver the welcome speech. But I was really nervous about speaking in front of an audience. I was anxious, scared, and doubtful.
- My confidence increased when I ultimately made the decision to deliver the speech, and I came to understand that even a tiny push can have a significant impact. It turned out that stepping outside of my comfort zone was essential. I began rehearsing the welcome speech ahead of time. It made it clear to me that I can only shine when I have confidence in myself and begin pursuing my objectives.
