Let the side of the cube be 'a' cm
∴ Volume of cube = a³
∴ 1331 = a³    ...(Given)
∴ a = `root(3)(1331)`  ...(Taking cube roots on both sides)
∴ a = 11cm
Surface area of a cube
= 6a²
= 6 x 112
= 6 x 121
= 726cm²
Hence, the surface area of the cube is 726cm².
