We know, F = ma
F = `(m xx v - u)/t`
F = `m xx "(Final velocity-initial velocity)"/"Time"`
= `10 xx ((30 - 10))/8`
= `20/8`
2.5 ms−2
We know, Force = mass × acceleration
Substituting, we get,
F = 10 × 2.5 = 25 N
Hence, the force acting on the object is 25 N.
