A Citizen’s duty Towards Self: The Constitution declares that it shall be the duty of every citizen “to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform”. A citizen should always be dutiful towards his state and country. He should strive for doing the best for them. He should know this thing, if the state and the nation secure, he himself will be secured.
