We all know what it’s like to be afraid. Fear is our body’s natural response to a perceived threat or danger. but when and if we are able to overcome fear, we will able to live our live freely and to fullest.

In “Deep Water,” William Douglas discusses his fear of water and how he finally overcame it. He uses his own story to make us understand how difficult it is to overcome our childhood fears. This might have happened to anyone, and the writer uses his autobiographical part to explain the techniques for removing your childhood fear with the help of planned ways and strategies. These were difficult steps to take, but overcoming fear requires determination and perseverance.
