Excessive use is also causing environmental degradation and contributing to increasing anxiety and mental health problems.
Individuals must respect their money and practise thankfulness in their daily lives to overcome this difficulty. The media can also play an important role in promoting a better way of living and opposing unsustainable consumerism.
I request you to kindly publish this letter in your newspaper so that it can raise awareness about the negative effects of consumerism and encourage people to adopt a more responsible approach to their consumption habits.
