From `(2 + 7 + 6 + x)/4 = 5` 

⇒ 15 + x = 20

⇒ x = 5

Then `(18 + 1 + 6 + x + y)/5 = 10` 

⇒ `(25 + x + y)/5 = 10`

Substituting x = 5 gives `(30 + y)/5 = 10` 

⇒ 30 + y = 50

⇒ y = 20
