`root(4)(250) root(4)(40)` is not a surd

Reason:

`root(4)(250) xx root(4)(40)`

= `root(4)(250 xx 40)`

= `root(4)(10000)`

10000 = 104,

Perfect fourth power, 

So `root(4)(10000) = 10` rational.

Not a surd.
