State any three directions which can be issued by the consumer court to the opposite party if it is satisfied about the genuineness of the complaint.

If satisfied by the genuineness of the complaint, the consumer court can issue followingthree directions to the opposite party

i. An order to repay the price paid by consumer for the good

ii. An order to replace the faulty good with another unit of the good

iii. An order to remove/repair the fault from the good or correct any service deficiency.
