= `(5^x (7 - 1))/(5^(x + 1) (5 - 1)`
= `(5^(x - x - 1) xx 6)/(4)`
= `(5^-1 xx 6)/(4)`
= `(6)/(5 xx 4)`
= `(3)/(10)`.
