`1/2 + (3/2 - 2/5) ÷ 3/10 xx 3`
= `1/2 + ((15 - 4)/10) ÷ 3/10 xx 3`
= `1/2 + 11/10 xx 10/3 xx 3`
= `1/2 + 11`
= `11 1/2`
= `23/2`
