  1. 1 litre = 1000 millilitres

    One of the bottle holds

    `1/4` L milk.
    Thus, Quantity of milk = 1000 mL ÷ 4 = 250 mL
    Another bottle holds `3/4` L milk. 

    Thus, Quantity of milk = 250 mL × 3 = 750 mL
