Solution
The endocrine gland is the Thyroid gland, and the hormones secreted are Triiodothyronine (T3) and Tetraiodothyronine or Thyroxine (T4). The excess secretion of the Thyroid hormone leads to Grave’s disease. The symptoms are protrusion of eyeballs (exophthalmia), increased metabolic rate, high body temperature, profuse sweating, loss of body weight, and nervousness.
