Since, `7/8 = 7/8, 64/16 = 4, 36/(-12) = -3, (-16)/17 = (-16)/17, 5/(-4) = (-5)/4` and `140/28 = 5`
Only rational number `(-5)/4` has denominator 4 in its lowest form.
