5 kg 500 gm : 2 kg 750 gm
(5 × 1000 + 500) : (2 × 1,000 + 750) ........(∵ 1 kg = 1,000 gm)
= 5500 : 2750
= `(5,500)/(2,750)=2/1=2:1`
