Given: Radius of the first Bohr orbit (r1) = 0.05 nm

Principal quantum number for the first orbit (n1) = 1

Principal quantum number for the target orbit (n3) = 3

rn = r1 × n2

r3 = 0.05 nm × (3)2

= 0.05 × 9

= 0.45 nm
