2. Convenience: E-banking makes it very easy for customers to do various financial transactions. People do not have to go to the bank to access their bank accounts; they can do it at any time while sitting at home.
3. Service Quality: Internet banking has improved the quality of customer care. Online banking allows for rapid, secure, and convenient payment options. Customers can use e-banking apps to track their account transactions.
