Solution
Cricket is played by two teams, each with eleven players, and the teams take turns batting and fielding.
- The batting team tries to score runs and the fielding team tries to dismiss batters and restrict runs.
- Batters score by running between the wickets or by hitting a boundary: four if the ball reaches the boundary after bouncing, and six if it crosses without bouncing.
- A batter may be dismissed in several ways, including bowled, caught, run out, stumped or LBW.
- Umpires apply the laws of the game and decide appeals; a third umpire may review certain decisions using video.
