\[\lim_{x \to 3} \left[ \frac{\sqrt{2x + 3}}{x + 3} \right]\]
\[ = \frac{\sqrt{2 \times 3 + 3}}{3 + 3}\]
\[ = \frac{3}{6}\]
\[ = \frac{1}{2}\]
