We have,
A = `[(1, 2),(-1, 3)]`
B = `[(4, 0),(1, 5)]`
C = `[(2, 0),(1, -2)]`
And a = 4, b = –2
AT = `[(1, 2),(-1, 3)]^"T"`
= `[(1, -1),(2, 3)]`
∴ (AT)T = `[(1, -1),(2, 3)]^"T"`
= `[(1, 2),(-1, 3)]`
= A
