In ∆ACE and ∆BDE,

∠ACE = ∠BDE  ...(AC || BD, alternate interior angles)

CE = DE  ...(Given)

∠AEC = ∠BED  ...(Vertically opposite angles)

∴ ∆ACE ≅ ∆BDE  ...(ASA criterion)

∴ Triangles are congruent but not by RHS congruence criterion
