We have,

EF is a straight line

∴ ∠RSC + ∠CSF = 180° ...[Linear pair]

⇒ ∠RSC = 180° – 65° = 115°

As angles ∠QRS and ∠CSR are alternate interior angles and are equal

∴ AB || CD.
