Solution

Given:

CP = 11 cm (so CQ = 11 cm, tangents from C are equal).

BC = 7 cm.

Step-wise calculation:

1. Since CP = CQ, CQ = 11 cm.

2. On CQ the point B divides it, so BQ = CQ – BC = 11 – 7 = 4 cm.

3. Tangents from the same external point are equal, so BR = BQ = 4 cm.
