We know the internal measure of a triangle is 180°

⇒ ∠E + ∠C + x = 180°

⇒ 60° + 90° + x = 180°

⇒ x = 180° – 150° 

⇒ x = 30°

And the diagonal line divides the right angle into two equal halves,

⇒ x° + ∠DBE = 45°

⇒ ∠DBE = 45° – 30° = 15°
