In ΔRPQ, seg RS bisects ∠PRQ.
∴ by the theorem of an angle bisector of a triangle,
`(RP)/(RQ) = (PS)/(SQ)`
∴ `15/20 = 12/(SQ)` ...(Substituting the given values)
∴ SQ = `(12 xx 20)/15`
∴ SQ = 16
