Ravi is facing a problem because his boss wants him to take a decision and act according to the situation, while Ravi is unsure about doing so. I feel that Ravi’s boss is right to some extent because a good leader should be able to take decisions and solve problems. However, a boss should also listen to employees and guide them instead of putting unnecessary pressure on them.
