Given :- `"AD"/"DB" = 2/7` , AC = 5.6
To find : AE = x
In Δ ABC , DE || BC ,
∴ By BPT `"AD"/"DB" = "AE"/"EC"`
`2/7 = "x"/(5.6 - "x")`
⇒ 11..2 - 2x = 7x
⇒ 11.2 = 9x
⇒ x = 1.24
