ar (QTU) = ar (PQRS) − ar (TSU) − ar (RUQ) − ar (PQT)
= (20 × 20) − `1/2` (10 × 10) − `1/2` (20 × 10) − `1/2` (20 × 10)
= 400 − 50 − 100 − 100 = 150 cm2
