Subject: Invitation to preside as the Chief Guest for the Annual Day Programme in the school.

Respected Sir,

I, Master Pranit Joshi, attend M. K. Gandhi High School in Palghar. I’m writing on behalf of my school’s principal and teachers to invite you to serve as the Chief Guest for our school’s Annual Day Program.

Our school has been associated with music since its inception, as its founder, Mr Nityanand Jadhav, was a music connoisseur who encouraged children to learn various classical instruments. Each year on the Annual Day, our school invites stalwarts from different fields as the Chief Guest for the celebration to encourage and motivate the students. This year, since the programme’s theme is ‘Music’, we could not think of a better personality than you to grace the occasion.

All of us would be pleased if you accepted our invitation and agreed to be part of our happiness. We have attached a brochure along with the letter. It provides details of the programme. We would be highly obliged if you confirm your availability for the same.

Yours sincerely,
Mst. Pranit Joshi
