`(2"x" - "y")/("x" + 2"y") = 8/11`
22x - 11y = 8x + 16y
14x = 27y
`"x"/"y" = 27/14`
Given, `(7"x")/(9"y") = (7 xx 27)/(9 xx 14) = 3/2`
