The common term is $$\mathrm{Q}$$.

The values are 4 and 5.

The L.C.M. of 4 and 5 is 20.

$$\mathrm{P} : \mathrm{Q} = (7 \times 5) : (4 \times 5) = 35 : 20$$.

$$\mathrm{Q} : \mathrm{R} = (5 \times 4) : (14 \times 4) = 20 : 56$$.

Therefore, $$\mathrm{P} : \mathrm{Q} : \mathrm{R} = 35 : 20 : 56$$.
