2a2 − 3b2 + 4c2 − 5d2
= 2 (3)2 − 3 (0)2 + 4 (2)2 − 5 (1)2
= 2 × 9 − 0 + 4 × 4 − 5 × 1
= 18 − 0 + 16 − 5
= 34 − 5
= 29
